Wuhu Weiran Apartment

Located just outside Shanghai this large residential development of apartments and townhouses was tasked to Bonham to design show homes for the sale of these many properties.

A focus on luxury kitchens and bathrooms, with exact detailing throughout was achieved by attention to the smallest of details.

The 260sqm apartments have a cool colour approach using the soft greys of the paints and charcoal oak flooring but still layered with modern furniture covered in rich warm fabrics and leathers.

Floor rugs and textured New Zealand carpets were supplied in addition to the variety of soft furnishings, art and accessories.

Lighting details increased the visual ceiling heights also hid the ventilation air-con systems. Custom cabinetry throughout also include a room divider for entrance separation and live-in staff quarters for this high-end development.
