Located in central China this substantial townhouse and apartment development was designed by Bonham to bring a fresh western approach to what would be a more traditional Chinese residential market.

The full interior design for this town house of 500sqm was developed in a 30 day time deadline, with all drawings and renders done from our Auckland head office for China construction and sales marketing.

A layered contemporary interior also hits the Chinese traditional notes for main formal areas, with secondary entertainment areas being more luxurious and moody. Bedrooms and study areas are kept modern and clean adding to the spacious feel of the home.

Lighting details throughout the spaces add depth, and a sophisticated mood.
