We were engaged by the developer to create some concept designs. The brief was to create an urban town house, with focus on luxury, privacy, and an established feel- “leafy green suburb”.

We developed a white brick stone clad design with a variation of architectural elements to give visual and textural interest, softened by the established existing landscape.
